All orders are shipped through Royal Mail. Order processing can take up to 2-3 working days.
You can track your order using your tracking ID number for free with Royal Mail’s racking.
Delivery takes between 2-3 days for UK orders.

International - 7-10 days

1. Eligibility for Returns:
You may return non-earring items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings. We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged earrings.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
2. Reporting a Faulty Item:
If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will require detailed information and photographs of the faulty item to process your return request.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and whether you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return for eligible items, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at contact@orunjewellery.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
Clearly write your order number on the outside of the package.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.Please use a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
